PalmFi adheres to a strict privacy-first philosophy. We do not collect, process, or store:

  • Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.
  • Government identification numbers or KYC/AML documentation.
  • User account credentials (usernames/passwords).
  • Information linking wallet addresses to real-world identities.

2. Data We Process

We may process limited, non-identifying technical data necessary for the operation of the interface:

  • Public Blockchain Data: Information publicly available on the blockchain, such as transaction hashes, timestamps, and wallet balances associated with the protocol.
  • Technical Logs: Basic infrastructure logs (e.g., IP addresses, request types) strictly for security monitoring, uptime maintenance, and debugging.

Note: Blockchain data is immutable, public, and not controlled by POV.

3. Purpose of Processing

Any data processed is utilized solely to:

  • Display real-time transaction status and portfolio data to the user.
  • Ensure the security and operational integrity of the interface.
  • Detect technical failures, DDoS attacks, or platform abuse.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

If utilized, cookies or local storage are limited strictly to essential functionality (e.g., remembering user theme preferences or active session state) and security. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

5. Data Sharing

  • No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.
  • Infrastructure Providers: Technical logs may be accessible to third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting services, RPC nodes) solely for the purpose of maintaining Service availability.

6. Security Measures

We employ reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the limited data we process. However, users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for securing their own wallets, devices, and private keys.

7. Data Retention

Technical logs are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill operational, security, or legal requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

8. User Rights

Because POV does not collect or maintain a database of personal data or user accounts, standard data subject rights (such as access, rectification, or deletion of personal profiles) are generally not applicable.
